WHAT I DO
1-on-1 Teaching
I recognize that a supportive environment is essential to learning, and I put great focus on establishing an encouraging rapport. My style is easygoing but productive. We’ll learn the Pythagorean theorem and be happy about it!
SAT/ACT Prep
Once a student knows what’s coming, and how to tackle what’s coming, the SAT/ACT loses its mystery–and menace. After we break down every section and practice practice practice, the SAT/ACT should be just another test. You’ll walk through that test center door feeling confident!
College Essays
“Be yourself, everybody else is already taken.” Colleges can’t wait to meet the real you; essays are your chance to show off! I love working with a student to help hone and amplify their voice in a college essay. Together we’ll craft an essay that best showcases you and your story.
Other Subjects
I’ve tutored algebra, geometry, trig, and more. I took 17 AP classes in high school, so please reach out if you’re looking for tutoring in an unlisted subject! I am always ready to tackle a new topic.
